Peace of Mind While You’re Away

Because many of our residents don’t live here year-round, we have created our Home Monitoring Services. We work with you to individualize a checklist that will put you at ease that we are guarding the castle while you are away. We’ll watch your home as carefully as if it were ours. We’ll pick up your mail, check for packages and brochures left by the front door, flush your toilets, check for water leaks, critters, and intruders, make sure you’re A/C is working, alternate which lights are left on, check doors and windows and water plants. We take pictures, notify you and act when necessary.

If you want to fly to and from but need your car with you while you’re gone, we will happily drive your vehicle for you, so it arrives whenever you need it to be there. We are safe drivers with great records and offer very competitive pricing. We also offer this service to folks who are relocating from one state to another.

If you don’t have your own preferred service people, we’ll call in the ones we’ve trusted over the past 12 years. We make sure we know about all warranties before you leave as well as who has keys who may be coming to clean, etc. and on what days to expect them.
